Zadar - 12 November 2009

Today has been a very busy day. We left Plitvice Lakes at about 8:00 am and headed south. The first stop was in Zadar. After Steven, our guide, took us to the principal sites, he turned us loose. I tried to find something souvenirs, but there was nothing that I could buy. I had a dish of ice cream for lunch, because I really didn’t want to eat much. I was warned that the pizza left a lot to be desired. We met at the Roman Square to head down to the waterfront to hear the ocean organ, which was interesting in that it required waves to make any significant sound.
