We left Opatija relatively early to head for Plitvice Lakes. The bus went along the Adriatic Coast as long as possible. The scenery was magnificent. We stopped for lunch at a cafeteria type place. The food was good. I was planning on having the stuffed cabbage, but apparently they make it with pork. I had the turkey cutlet instead, which I had to split with Bette because it was just too big for me.
