I got up at 5 with my wake-up call and was in the lobby at
5:45 in time for the safari ride. It was
rather cold and I appreciated the blanket.
The safari ride was interesting in that we were able to follow a pride
of lions from the edge of the river into the bush. At one point there must have been 20 cars
following the pride of lions.
Breakfast was served when we got back to the lodge. We took it easy. I went to a curio shop outside the hotel
working on the theory that the prices would be better.
I was rather tired and took a nap. We had signed up for the river ride again and
it proved a bit better than yesterday’s ride.
After dinner I headed back to my room in hopes getting some
updating done and getting to sleep because I am tired. Unfortunately I didn't label my pictures as well as I should have.
